Services
APT Global operates a modern machining facility equipped with lathes, milling, boring, and facing machines, capable of handling precision components of all sizes — from small parts to units up to 5.5 m diameter / 25 T.
Equipment
APT Global operates a fleet of in-situ machining equipment with capacities from 50 mm to 1.5 m for line boring and facing. This capability supports both in-house fabrication and repair projects as well as on-site machining services for clients across all sectors, ensuring flexibility, precision, and minimal downtime.
Services
APT Global operates dedicated blasting and coating facilities supported by mobile units through our group company AquaJets Marine Equipment. Equipped with hydro blasting systems from 5,000 psi to 42,000 psi, we handle internal and external surface preparation for dry-docking, repair, and newbuild projects.
To ensure controlled working environments, we also deploy dehumidifiers (12T capacity), grit recovery units, and dust collectors. All blasting equipment is available for contracted services or rental.

APT Global operates well-equipped electrical workshops staffed by qualified technicians experienced in vessel newbuilds, conversions, and repair projects for both offshore and onshore industries.
Our team provides fault analysis, service, and maintenance of electrical systems, along with motor and generator rewinding. Each project is carried out to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all onboard and industrial systems.
Capabilities
APT Global Marine & Offshore Engineering, RAK operates a BV-certified Ship Recycling Facility, approved under EPDA and RAK Government protocols. The yard has been operational since December 2020, covering 42,000 sqm with an independent 180-meter quay, and is the first certified facility of its kind in the Middle East.
Our operations follow the principles of green ship recycling, ensuring that materials are safely recovered and waste is minimized. This process prevents shipbreaking on beaches, protecting both the environment and surrounding communities.
