Job involved, Rail Beams refurbishment, hydraulic units’ removal & new unit’s installation, Renewal of upper/lower sheave block, installation of new winches & motors, Installation of all monitoring devices, assisting synchro lift for all electrical controls /automation.
6000T lift has 28 hoists, while 3000t lift had 14 hoists, project was done in close coordination with Synchro lift and DMC dock authority. Planned to great details, all got completed in a record time of 30days. Ship lifts have now been tested and working well.
